Securities ICO Crypto Crowdfunding EB-5 lawyer at Homeier Law PC

Securities and general business transactional law practice emphasizing ICOs cryptocurrency, coin and token offerings, on and off the blockchain; contract law, including fintech and real estate financing transactions, commercial contracts, and licensing agreements; international and domestic investment crowdfunding and EB-5 securities and corporate document sets (both for regional centers and actual project); mergers & acquisitions; entertainment transactions; formation and maintenance of corporations and LLCs); due diligence reviews; and extensive advising of medium- and small-sized and select start-up businesses.

Personally, I’m launching a non-profit venture working as an inspirational speaker to teenaged and young adult cancer survivors (from the perspective of being one, myself) on choosing post-treatment life success (initial presentations include City of Hope, Santa Monica Rotary Club, and Hawthorne Businesswomen’s Council). To help that project, I’m now very close to finishing writing my first book, provisionally entitled “Humpty Rising: How One Teenaged Cancer Survivor Put Life Back Together Again,” due for publication soon, sharing insights (and hopefully inspiration) for young survivors that I found on my own journey.

I’m also co-founder and Managing Director of The Vagabond Players Theatre Company, a professional theater company and registered 501(c)(3) entity that since 1997 has produced 3-4 mainstage theater productions each year..
